【摘要】 以六西格玛质量管理理论为基础 ,针对梅山炼钢厂已有的生产管理数据进行了深入的挖掘和开发。利用SQL -Server2 0 0 0搭建了开发软件的后台数据库 ,用PowerBuilder8.0设计了前台软件界面 ,并通过开放式数据接口 (ODBC)技术实现了与生产管理数据库的实时连接。开发的软件系统通过对数据报表的多种图形显示分析、生产过程能力分析和生产过程中的成本构成分析 ,进一步挖掘了已有数据的潜在价值 ,从而为企业各级进行生产管理决策 ,提高生产能力 ,改进产品质量 ,降低生产成本提供了有力的定量、定性的技术支撑 ,避免了以前决策的盲目性更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on 6-σ quality control theory, the existed production dada excavation and application had been done deeply for Meishan steel-making factory. By utilizing the SQL-Server2000 to construct the background database, the PowerBuilder 8.0 to construct the front software interface, and linking the software with the real-time database by the Opened ODBC technology, the developed software explored the latent values of those data through the display of table or graphs of production data, the analysis of the process ability and the prediction of producing costs. Therefore, it will provide a strong basis for companies to make critical decision-miking, enhance the producing ability, improve the quality of products and also reduce the costs of producing process, and avoid the former blindness decision-making.更多还原
