多道次可逆轧机工作辊温度场及热辊型的研究
Study on Work Roll′s Temperature Field and Thermal Roll Shape of Multiple Pass Reversible Mill
【摘要】 阐述了多道次可逆轧制的工作辊温度场和热辊型动态形成过程的轴对称数学模型 ,对通用有限元软件MARC进行了二次开发 ,通过调用用户子程序film和flux对 70MN强力高刚度轧机的工作辊温度场和热辊型进行了仿真预报
【Abstract】 Axisymmetric dynamic mathematic model of multiple pass reversible mill work roll’s temperature field and thermal roll shape is introduced .The current FEM software MARC is developed secondly. subroutine film and flux is used . The work roll’s temperature field and thermal roll shape of 70MN high rigidity mill is forecasted.
