百色市不同人群输血传播病毒及其基因型检测分析
The establishment of alloxan diabetic animal models
【摘要】 目的 探讨百色市不同人群TTV及其基因型感染特点。方法 采用PCR法检测TTVDNA ,微板核酸杂交 -ELISA法检测TTV基因型。结果 本地慢性乙肝、慢性非甲~庚肝、静脉吸毒者、血液透析者、献血员的TTV阳性率与健康体检者相比较差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,慢性肝炎、肝炎肝硬化、肝细胞癌的TTV阳性率比较差异无显著性(P >0 .0 5 )。 67例TTV感染患者中Ⅰ型 5 0例 ,占 74.63 % ,Ⅱ型 7例 ,占 10 .45 % ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ混合型 10例 ,占 14 .93 %。结论 本地慢性乙肝、慢性非甲~庚肝、静脉吸毒者、血液透析者、献血员和健康体检者存在TTV感染 ,且是慢性非甲~庚肝病的重要病因之一 ,前五者是高危人群 ,血液传播是TTV感染的主要途径 ,本地TTV基因型可分为Ⅰ型 ,Ⅱ型 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ混合型 ,以Ⅰ型为主。
【Abstract】 Objective To establish suitable diabetic rats models. Methods Twenty-two healthy rats, weighed 180~240g, were randomly allocated to experimental groups 1~3, and a control group. The experimental groups 1~3 were intraperitoneally injected with alloxan 150mg/kg, 175mg/kg and 200mg/kg, respectively. The blood sugar was detected 48 hours after the injection. Results In laboratory groups 1~3, the blood sugar levels were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01); the blood sugar in group 3 was higher than those in groups 2 and 1 (P<0.01); group 2 higher than group 1 (P<0.01). Conclusion The establishment of diabetic rats models by intraperitoneal injection with alloxan is an easy and simple method. The elevation of blood sugar might be correlated with the rats weight and ages.
