【摘要】 目的　研究P16蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况。方法　采用免疫组化S -P法检测 15例正常宫颈组织、2 0例慢性宫颈炎和 42例宫颈癌组织中P16蛋白的表达。结果　宫颈癌P16的表达显著低于正常宫颈组织及慢性宫颈炎 (P 均 <0 .0 1) ;Ⅲ～Ⅳ期宫颈癌病人P16蛋白表达阳性率显著低于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　P16蛋白的异常表达与宫颈癌的发生和发展有关 ,可作为判断预后的辅助指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of protein P16 in the tissues of cervical cancer. Methods An immunohistochemistry S-P method was used to detect the expression of protein P16 in 15 normal cervical tissues and 20 chronic cervicitis tissues and 42 cervical cancer tissues. Results P16 expressed significantly lower than those in the normal cervical tissues and the chronic cervicitis tissues (all the P<0.01); P16 protein expression in stage Ⅲ～Ⅳ cervical cancer were found significantly lower than those in stage Ⅰ～Ⅱ (P<0.01). Conclusion The abnormal expression of protein P16 may be involved in the genesis and development of cervical cancer, and it might be an accessory diagnostic marker in prediction of the prognosis.更多还原
