【摘要】 目的　研究广西三江县侗族成人同身寸长度与身高的关系 ,为人类学、年龄 (生长 )解剖学、法医学研究及针灸取穴提供科学依据。方法　应用人类学方法测量 5 15名 (男 2 5 4名 ,女 2 61名 )侗族成人同身寸长度和身高。按性别和年龄分组 ,计算各组同身寸均值、身高均值、同身寸与身高比值 ,并由同身寸推算身高的回归方程。结果　男、女各年龄组间 :男、女同身寸的均值 (除 45岁～、5 0岁～组 )和男、女身高的比值差异均有显著性 (P分别 <0 .0 5和 <0 .0 1) ;同身寸与身高的比值稳定在 65 .5～ 77.5之间。并得出了由同身寸推算身高的回归方程。结论　通过同身寸长度可推算身高 ,同身寸长度和身高有显著性的直线回归关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research for the relation between the TongShenCun length and the body height in adults of the Dong nationality, Sanjiang county, Guangxi, so as to provide scientific evidences for the study of anthropology, age-related anatomy, forensic medicine and the acupuncture points confirnmation.Methods An anthropological method was used to measure the TongShenCun length (a unit of length for Chinese acupuncture points) and the body height in 515 adults (male 254, and female 261) in the Dong nationality. All the individuals were allocated to groups according to sex and age. In each age and sex groups, the mean values of TongShenCun length and body height, the ratios of TongShenCun to body height were caculated out. And the regression equation in which the body height might be obtained through the TonShenCun length was caculated. Results In each different age groups: in comparison of the TongShenCun values between males and females, and in comparison of the body height values between males and females, there were statistically significant differences, all the P values were <0.05 and <0.02, respectively. The ratio of theTongShenCun length to the body height was 65.5～77.5. And the regression equation was also obtained. Conclusion The body height could be caculated out through TongShenCun length. TongShenCun length has markedly lenear regression relation with body height.更多还原
