焦炉煤气改质的动力学研究
Investigation on kinetics of making metallurgical reduction gas from coke-oven gas
【摘要】 用圆形的刚玉管作反应器 ,用 1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢屑作催化剂进行焦炉煤气改质的气体转化实验 ,测相应温度和压力下的动力学数据 ,并与不用催化剂加以分析和比较 ,分别回归出CH4的转化方程 ,研究各自转化效果 ,提出了合理的动力学模型
【Abstract】 Experiment of making metallurgical reduction gas from coke-oven gas used 1Cr18Ni9Ti catalyst the corundum tubereactor was done.Kinetics dates under corresponding temperature and pressure were measured.CH 4 and CO 2 invert regression equation was calculated and ananalyzed.In this paper,effect of catalysis reaction was studied,and kineticsmould was proposed.
