污水配制的Al3+交联聚合物凝胶性能特征
Performance Characteristics of Al3+-Crosslinked Polymer Gel Prepared in Oilfield Produced Water
【摘要】 用大庆采油二厂的污水(矿化度4013mg/L)配制不同HPAM浓度的Al3+交联聚合物凝胶,在气测渗透率1 25μm2的人造岩心上,按清水(矿化度729mg/L)—凝胶—污水或清水的注入程序,注入量>5PV,测得凝胶中HPAM浓度为0 6、0 5、0 4g/L时,残余阻力系数FRR(368 6~277 4)大于阻力系数FR(266 7~246 0),二者均随HPAM浓度减小而减小;后续注入清水时FRR较低;凝胶中HPAM浓度为0 3g/L时FRR<RR;注入用25%、50%污水稀释的0 6g/LHPAM的凝胶时,FRR略有下降而FR不变。在二维纵向非均质人造岩心上,注凝胶(0 5g/LHPAM)、注水、再注凝胶过程中,入口压力升高而中间点压力基本不变,20天后再注水时两测点压力急剧上升,两测点压力差逐渐减小,与注聚合物溶液时两测点压力升高、注水时又降低的现象形成鲜明对比。初始粘度8 8mPa·s的Al3+交联聚合物凝胶,2天时粘度最高(10 2mPa·s),60天时下降至8 4mPa·s,FR和FRR则随凝胶放置时间加长而增大,由1天时的4 92和3 32增加到10天时的192 4和271 2,FRR>FR;聚合物溶液的粘度略低,在放置过程中FR和FRR大体不变,FR和FRR值很小且FRR<FR。实验温度45℃。图2表7参6。
【Abstract】 An Al3+-crosslinked polymer gel of different HPAM concentration, CP, is prepared in the produced water with TSD=4013 mg/L taken from the 2nd Daqing oil production factory. On the artificial cores of kg=1.25 μm2 by using an injecting procedure fresh water (TSD=729 mg/L)-gel-produced or fresh water with total volume injected >5 PV, the resistance factor, F<sub>R, determined is in range 266.7-276.0 and the residual resistance factor, F<sub>RR,- in range 268.6-277.4, that is, F<sub>RR>F<sub>R for gels of CP=0.6,0.5, and 0.4 g/L; both the F<sub>R and F<sub>RR values decrease with decreasing CP; the F<sub>RR values are lower when the gel slug is followed by fresh water injection; F<sub>RR<F<sub>R is observed for gel of C<sub>P=0.3 g/L; the F<sub>RR values slightly decrease and the FR values do not change when the gel (CP=0.6 g/L) injected is diluted by 25% and 50% produced water. On 2-dimentional longitudinally heterogeneous artificial cores, the pressure at the entrance continuously increases and at the mid-point practically does not change in the course of gel (CP=0.5 g/L)-water-gel injection, which demonstrates good transfer ability of the gel in porous media, and the pressure at the two points dramatically increases and the pressure differnece at the two points diminishes in the course of water injection after keeping the cores with the gel injected for 20 hrs in sharp contrast with that both the entrace and the mid-point pressure gradually increase in the course of polymer injection and decrease in the course of water injection after a polymer slug immediately or with a cease in 20 hrs. A gel with initial viscosity 8.8 mPa·s gets its highest viscosity 10.2 mPa·s in the 2nd day and possesses a lowered viscosity 8.4 mPa·s in the 10th day; its F<sub>R and F<sub>RR values increase with the curing time and are of 4.92 and 3.32 in the 1st day and 192.4 and 271.2 in the 10th day, respectively, and F<sub>RR>F<sub>R is always true. For the polymer solution, the viscosity is slightly lower, the F<sub>R and F<sub>RR values are practically do not change with standing time and the F<sub>RR values are always less than the F<sub>R values. The experimental temperature is of 45℃.
