离子液体超酸清洁催化苯的烷基化反应
Alkylation of Benzene in Ionic Liquids at Room Temperature
【摘要】 研究了在具有Lewis酸性的离子液体体系中进行的苯与烯烃及卤代烃的烷基化反应 .以氯化 1 甲基 3 乙基咪唑(MEIC)、氯化 1 丁基吡啶 (BPC)、氯化 1 甲基 3 丁基咪唑 (MBIC)及盐酸三甲胺 (TMHC)季铵盐分别与AlCl3 原位合成法制备离子液体催化体系 .结果表明 :以上各种离子液体均有很高的催化活性 ,反应转化率在较短的时间内达到 10 0 % .其中TMHC AlCl3 离子液体单烷基化选择性达 98 6% .与AlCl3 相比 ,催化活性显著提高 ,生成烷基化产物不溶于离子液体 ,因而易于分离 ,催化剂可重复使用
【Abstract】 Alkylation of benzene with alkene and/or chloroethane in Lewis acid-typeionic liquid catalysts, MEIC+AlCl 3, MBIC+AlCl 3, BPC+AlCl 3 and TMHC+AlCl 3, which in situ were prepared by the reaction of 1-methyl-3-ethylinidazole chloride (MEIC), 1-methyl-3-butylinidazole chloride (MBIC), 1-butylpyridium chloride(BPC) and trimethylamine hydrochloride (TMHC) with AlCl 3 respectively, at room temperature has been investigated. The experimental result shows that the ionic liquid catalysts have higher catalytic activity than that of peer AlCl 3. The conversion can reach 100% in shorter time and the selectivity of TMHC-AlCl 3 for monoalkylation of benzene can get 98 6%. In addition, the products are easily separated and the ionic liquid catalysts can be reused in the reaction.
