【Abstract】 Aryl-2-morpholinols were synthesized via the reactions of aminoalcohol with 2-bromo-4′-methoxyacetophenone, 2-bromo-4′-chloropropiophenone, 2-bromo-4′-benzyloxypropiophenone, 2-bromo-4′-benzyl~oxy~pento~phen~one, 6-methoxy-2-bromoacetylnaphthalene and 6-methoxy-2-(2-bromopropionyl)naphthalene by divergent synthetic method with yields of 80.7%～97.5%, respectively. The structures of 2-aryl-2-morpholinols were confirmed by 1H NMR, IR and MS spectra.更多还原
