薄板剪应力起皱数值模拟研究
Numerical Simulation on Wrinkling of Sheet Metal Under Shearing Stress
【摘要】 利用有限元法模拟了剪皱试样分叉后继变形的畸变与起皱过程,皱纹的位置、形状、起皱方向与实验结果一致.分析了剪应力失稳起皱机理,并给出了临界失稳起皱的判据和剪应力起皱的评价指标.最后还讨论了屈服强度σs、硬化指数n值、板厚方向性指数r值对抗剪皱性能的影响,为板材抗剪皱性研究提供了一种有效的数值模拟方法.
【Abstract】 The bifurcation, distortion and wrinkling behaviors of sheet metal parts with shearing stress are numerically simulated by finite element method. The location, shape, and direction of the wrinkling are very coincided with experimental ones. The mechanism of wrinkling is analyzed. And the critical state and evaluation criterion of wrinkling is presented in this paper. Finally, the effect of yield strength σs, strain-hardening exponent n-value and normal anisotropic coefficient r-value on the wrinkling resistance of shearing stress are discussed. It provides an efficient numerical simulation method for the study of sheet metal wrinkling resistance with shearing stress.
