【摘要】 合成甲基氯硅烷的副产物有机硅高沸物经甲醇醇解、中和静置分层、过滤后 ,制得硅油产品 ;分析了影响硅油粘度的因素。结果表明 :按高沸物 1 0 0份、甲醇 5 0～ 60份、中和剂A 60～ 70份、中和剂B3 0～ 40份、助熔剂 6～ 8份的配比 ,能制得粘度大于 1 0mm2 /s的系列硅油产品。更多还原

【Abstract】 The silicone fluid was prepared from silicone high-boiling residues,which was by-product in the synthesis of methyl chlorosilane,by alcoholysising with methanol,neutralizing,separating and filtrating.The reasons for influencing the viscosity of silicone fluid were analyzed.The results showed that the viscosity of silicone fluid exceed 10 mm 2/s when high boiling residues was 100 phr,methanol was 50～60 phr,neutralizer A was 60～70 phr,neutralizer B was 30～40 phr,fusing agent was 6～8 phr.更多还原
