【摘要】 我国保安服务业在经济发展、协助公安机关稳定社会治安等方面发挥了重要作用。但也存在着立法滞后、管理落后、从业人员素质较低、服务质量不高等问题。随着我国市场经济的发展和改革开放的深入,特别是随着我国加入世贸组织,社会公共安全需求迅速增大,保安市场需求随之扩大,以及将面临的行业之间的竞争,都对我国保安服务业提出更高的要求。通过对国内外保安业制度的比较分析,探讨我国保安服务业规范化、职业化、法制化的发展出路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Security service industry has great contribution to the development of economy and social security in China. However, there are several defects in the legislation, management, employees and service quality. With the development of domestic market economy and the depth of openness and reform, especially China’s entry into WTO,the demand of social public security is rapidly increasing.So does the private security service market. All of that will give a larger requirement to our private security service industry. The author will analyze the conditions and problems existing in security private industry in China and give his statement about how to regulate it by legislative manner through studying on foreign security service industry.更多还原
