Zn2+-H2O2-罗丹明B体系催化光度法测定痕量锌的研究
Study on the catalytic spectrophotometric determination of trace zinc with Zn2+-H2O2-rhodamine B system
【摘要】 研究了在稀H2 SO4 介质中 ,Zn2 + 催化H2 O2 氧化罗丹明B褪色的指示反应 ,由此建立了新的测定痕量锌催化光度法。线性范围为 2 5mL溶液中 0~ 3 2 μgZn2 + ,检出限为 2 5× 10 - 8g/mL。方法用于测定人发中痕量锌 ,结果满意。
【Abstract】 A new kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determinatin of trace zinc*" based on its catalytic effect on the fading reaction of rhodamine B oxidized by H2O2 in the medium of dilute H2SO4 has been developed.The linear range is 0-3.2 μg of Zn2+ in 25 mL solution and the detection limit is 2.1×10-10 g/mL for Zn2+.The method has been used for the determination of trace zinc in human hair with satisfactory results.
