微乳液增敏双波长分光光度法同时测定铜和铬
Dual-wavelength spectrophotometric simultaneous determination of copper and chromium with sensitizing of microemulsion
【摘要】 研究了在CTMAB、正丁醇、正庚烷组成的微乳液存在下 ,水杨基荧光酮与铜 、铬 络合物的吸收光谱。结果表明 ,在磷酸二氢钾 -磷酸氢二钾缓冲液 (pH 6 4)和微乳液介质中 ,显色体系灵敏度都有很大提高 ,选择适宜的参比波长和测定波长 ,利用标准加入法可同时测定铜和铬。通过实际样品的测定 ,结果令人满意
【Abstract】 In the presence of microemulsion of CTMAB-n-butanol-n-heptane-water, the absorption spectra for the complex both of copper*" and chromium*& with salicyl fluorone was studied.The amounts of copper and chromium can be found simultaneously by standard-addition method at the appropriate reference wavelength and determination wavelength.The apparent molar absorptivity is ε562=1.408×105 L·mol-1·cm-1 for (Cu*" ) and ε576=1.66×105 L·mol-1·cm-1 for Cr*& in the medium of KH2PO4-K2HPO4 buffer solution (pH 6.4) and microemulsion.Compared with that in CTMAB medium,the sensitivities of the color reactions for copper and chromium in the microemulsion medium are increased by 16% and 28% respectively.The proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of copper and chromium in alloy steel.
