金属中痕量磷的浮选萃取光度法测定
Determination of trace phosphorus in metal by floatation-extraction spectrophotometry
【摘要】 研究了在酸性介质中,钼酸盐 孔雀绿浮选分光光度法测定铁、镍、铜中痕量磷。磷与钼酸盐、孔雀绿形成稳定的有色络合物,该络合物在硫酸介质中被乙酸丁酯浮选在有机相和水相之间,溶于丙酮后,在波长670nm处有最大吸收,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=3 73×105,磷的质量浓度在0~0 12μg/mL的范围内符合比尔定律,检出限为9 96×10-3μg/mL。
【Abstract】 A new method has been studied for the determination of trace phosphorus in iron,nickel and copper by floatation-extraction spectrophotometry with molybdate and malachite green in acid solution. Phosphorus can form a color and stable complex with molybdate and malachite green,which is floated at the phase boundary between organic phase and aqueous phase,and can be dissolved in acetone.The complex exhibits maximum absorption at the wavelength of 670 nm.Its apparent molar absorptivity is 3.73×105 L·mol-1·cm-1. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.12 μg/mL for phosphorus.The detection limit is 9.96×10-3 μg/mL.
