钌催化溴酸钾氧化偶氮胂M反应的研究及其分析应用
Study on the catalytic effect of ruthenium on the oxidation reaction of arsenazo M by potassium bromate and its analytical application
【摘要】 在硫酸介质中,基于钌对溴酸钾氧化偶氮胂M(AM)褪色的催化作用,建立了测定钌的动力学光度分析法。非催化体系与催化体系在550nm波长处的吸光度差值,与钌的质量浓度在0~72μg/L范围内,有良好线性关系,检出限为3 78×10-6g/L。对40μg/LRu 测定11次的标准偏差为2 75%。考察了50多种共存离子的影响,贵金属和大多数常见离子不干扰测定。用于矿样中钌测定的相对标准偏差为0 99%~1 2%,加标回收率为96%~103%。
【Abstract】 A kinetic spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determinations of ruthenium? based on its catalytic effects on the oxidation reaction of arsenazo M by KBrO3 in the H2SO4 medium. A good linear relationship has been obtained between the difference in the absorbance of uncatalytic and catalytic system at 550 nm and the concentration of Ru? in the range of 0~72 μg/L,the detection limit is 3.78×10-6 g/L. The relative standard deviation for 11 replotting determination of 40 μg/L of Ru? is calculated to be 2.75%. The effects from more than 50 kinds of foreign ions were studied. Precious metals and many common ions do not interfere in the determination. The method has been successfully applied for the determination of ruthenium in ore samples with relative standard deviation over 0.99%~1.2% and the recovery over 96%~103%.
