合并带流动注射分光光度法测定合金中铜的研究
Determination of copper by the zone-merging flow injection spectrophotometry
【摘要】 以 5 Br PADAT为显色剂 ,用NaAc -HAc缓冲溶液作载流 ,建立了测定铜的合并带流动注射体系及方法。在5 3 0nm波长下 ,该方法线性范围为 1 98× 10 - 6 ~ 2 98× 10 - 5mol/L ,相关系数为 0 9997,检出限为 6 5ng/L。对合金中的铜进行了测定 ,结果满意。实验表明 ,与传统的光度法相比 ,该方法具有快速、灵敏、自动化程度高、重复性好、样品不受放置时间影响等特点 ;与常规的双道流动注射流路相比 ,该方法节省试剂 ,能精确控制汇合方式。
【Abstract】 A zone-merging flow injection spectrophotometric method has been established to determine copper with 5-(5-bromo-2-pyridyazo)-2,4-diaminotoluene(5-Br-PADAT) as the chromogenic agent and NaAc-HAc buffer solution as carrier liquid.The linear range of this method is 1.98×10-6-2.98×10-5(mol/L,)and the correlation coefficient is 0.9997 at 530nm.The detection limit for Cu2+ is 6.5ng/L.Compared with the conventional spectrophotometry,the proposed method has a lot of advantages such as high sensitivity,good repeatability,high speed,low consumption of reagents, automatic operation,and high stability of samples.In addition,it saves more reagent and controls confluent pattern more accurately than that of conventional double-route FIA system.
