加入WTO后我国不锈钢标准技术性保护措施的研究(上)

【摘要】 根据我国不锈钢现状及生发展趋势 ,参照国外不锈钢现状及发展概况 ,分析了加入WTO后对我国不锈钢行业的影响 ,研究了技术壁垒对国际贸易的影响与TBT协议 ,深刻认识不锈钢标准在国内外贸易中的应用和作用 ,提出加入WTO后我国不锈钢标准应建立的技术保护措施

【Abstract】 According to the present national and overseas situation and development , analyse the influence of joining the WTO on stainless steel industry, and technical trade barriers on international trade and TBT agreement. Realize the stainless steel standard plays an important role in rational and international trade. Put forward some suggestions setting up technology protecting method after joining in the WTO.
