【摘要】 目的　观察钙离子通道阻滞剂维拉帕米对移植静脉段内膜平滑肌细胞增生的影响。方法　选取成年长耳大白兔 2 4只 ,分为两组 ,每组 12只。分离并切取 1～ 2cm长颈外静脉 ,插入替代同侧同等长度的颈总动脉。术后两组动物均常规饲养。实验组每天沿耳缘静脉注入维拉帕米 0 5mg/kg ,每日 2次 ,而观察组无须特殊处理。分别于术后 7天、14天和 2 1天两组动物各取 4只 ,完整取下移植静脉段 ,常规HE染色 ,计算内膜增生的厚度和平滑肌细胞增生的程度。结果　实验组内膜增生厚度及细胞增生阳性指数均小于对照组。结论　维拉帕米对移植静脉内细胞增生有抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study influence of verapamil upon vein graft model.Methods 24 adult rabbits used in this study were divided into 2 groups( n= 12).Of all rabbits the autogenous jugular vein was grafted into the carotid artery by microsurgery.After the operation each group were fed as usual,but the experiment group received injection of verapamil 0.5 mg/kg from auricular vein bis in die.At 7 d,14 d and 21 d after grafting,from four of each groups the grafted vessel was taken out. Results Intimal hyperplasia (IH) of vein graft in experiment group increaed faster than that in control group.And the anti-proliferating cell nuclear antibody ( PCNA ) index of smooth muscle cell (SMC) in IH of experiment group is also lower than that of control group.Conclusion Verapamil has negative influence upon hyperplasia of smooth muscle cell of vein graft.更多还原
