【摘要】 目的　探讨固骼生治疗新鲜胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法　将 78例胫骨骨折随机分成实验组和对照组 ,实验组采用切开复位内固定 +固骼生植入法治疗 ,对照组仅采用切开复位内固定治疗 ,按临床和骨性愈合的评定标准评定两组的愈合时间。结果　随访 5～ 8个月 ,平均 6个月 ,实验组临床愈合时间 9～ 10周 ,骨性愈合时间 11～ 12周 ,对照组临床愈合时间 13 5～ 14 5周 ,骨性愈合时间 15 5～ 16 5周 ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论　固骼生能够促进骨折愈合 ,缩短骨折愈合时间更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical result of NovaBone for the treatment of fresh fractures of tibia.Methods 78 patients of fresh fractures of tibia were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.Experiment group were treated with NovaBone on the fracture line or defect site after intenal fixation.Control group were treated with internal fixation only.Their healing times were evaluated according to the clinical standards as well as bone healing standards. Results A follow up with an average of 6 months showed that the clinical and bone healing time of experiment group are 9 10 weeks and 11 12 weeks respectively.Clinical and bone healing times of control group are 13 5 14 5 and 15 5 16 5 weeks respectively.Significant difference was found between the two groups ( P< 0 01).Conclusion When used in the treatment of fresh fracture,NovaBone could enhance the regeneration of new bone and shorten fracture healing time.更多还原
