【摘要】 分析了PBT纤维的结构及其染色性能,探索PBT纤维的染色性能,并给出棉/PBT交织弹力织物的染整大生产工艺条件。试验发现,低温型分散染料适宜对PBT纤维染色;采用焙固法,焙烘条件合适,既能获得良好的染色效果,又能保持良好的弹性和弹性回复率;且运用不同的染色工艺可得到均色、闪色、留白等多种风格的棉/PBT交织弹力织物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Base on the structure of PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) fiber and dyeing mechanism, dyeing behavior of PBT fiber and dyeing and finishing process of cotton/PBT elastic fabric were explored. It is founded that suitable process condition can ensure the elasticity of PBT fiber. Using low temperature disperse dyes, the excellent dyeing effects of PBT fiber can be obtained. By means of different processes of dyeing, the various fabric styles such as levelness, contrast and sprinkly effect are available.更多还原
