【摘要】 在纯棉针织物活性染料印花工艺中 ,前处理采用碱氧一浴煮漂法 ;底色染色可根据需要在溢流机中进行 ;印花用染料主要采用K型活性染料 ,并加入防染盐S和尿素 ,印后织物在 10 2℃饱和蒸汽中汽蒸 ,并充分水洗、皂煮 ,柔软拉幅 ,以提高织物的颜色鲜艳度和手感更多还原

【Abstract】 Printing cotton knitted fabric with reactive dyestuffs adopts following sequences, scouring and bleaching pretreatment in alkali-hydrogen peroxide one bath , bottom dyeing in overflow machine if demanded, printing with K type reactive dyes at the most cases, adding resist salt S and urea to printing paste, steaming the printed fabric under 102℃ saturated steam, washing, soaping and stentering for softening, the printed fabric features improved brightness and handle.更多还原
