【摘要】 昊华 10 0免漂速效处理剂在棉制品浸渍法前处理应用中 ,具有工艺简单、操作方便、稳定性强等优点。坯布只需在昊华 10 0单一助剂作用下 ,于 10 0℃处理 45～ 60min ,即可完成整个退、煮、漂加工。其前处理缸差可基本消除 ,毛效明显提高 ,显著改善了染色产品的稳定性、得色率及染色牢度。但其处理后的白度略低于传统工艺 ,因此适宜用于染色产品的前处理。昊华 10 0适合针织物及纱线前处理 ,也可用于其他梭织物在喷射或溢流设备中进行前处理加工更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of Haohua 100 to impregnating pretreatment for cotton is carried out, featuring simple process, convenient operation and high stability. By use of Haohua 100, over all desizing and scouring and bleaching process can be finished at 100℃ in 45-60 minutes. As a result, tank difference in pretreatment is eliminated, capillary effect is increased remarkably, stability and color yield and color fastness of dyed goods are improved greatly, but whiteness is lower than conventional process.
