【摘要】 目的　探讨凋亡抑制蛋白BAG 1在乳腺癌中的表达及其在乳腺癌发生发展中的可能作用。方法　采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白 -过氧化酶免疫组化方法 ,用BAG 1单克隆抗体检测其在 10例乳腺小叶增生、10例乳腺导管单纯增生、10例乳腺旁组织不典型增生及 5 6例乳腺癌组织中的表达情况。结果　BAG 1在乳腺癌组织中表达的阳性率为 6 9 6 %(39/ 5 6 ) ;而在乳腺小叶增生、乳腺导管单纯增生中表达阴性 ,乳腺旁组织不典型增生中表达仅有 1例阳性。BAG 1的表达与患者的年龄、肿瘤大小、有无淋巴结转移以及肿瘤的组织学分级无明显相关性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　BAG 1在乳腺癌中异常表达提示其在乳腺癌的发生发展中起一定作用 ,BAG 1可能是乳腺癌一个新的诊断因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the expression of a novel inhibitor protein of apoptosis ,BAG-1 , in breast cancer and its possible roles in the development and progression of breast cancer.Methods Streptavidin-biotin peroxidase method of immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of BAG-1 in 10 hyperplasia tissues of breast lobule,10 simplex hyperplasia tissues of breast duct,10 dysplasia of adjacent normal breast tissue and 56 breast cancer tissues.Results BAG-1 was tested positive 39 out of the 56 cases of breast cancer (69.6% ). In contrast, BAG-1 was negative in the 10 hyperplasia tissues of breast lobule,10 simplex hyperplasia tissues of breast duct and 9 dysplasia of adjacent normal breast tissue.There was no relationship between expression of BAG-1 with patient’s age, tumour size, lymph node metastasea, or differentiation. Conclusion Apoptosis inhibition by BAG-1 may participate in the onset and progression of breast cancer. BAG-1 can be a new diagnostic or therapeutic target in patients with breast carcinoma.ntheons更多还原
