【摘要】 目的　研究养心安神颗粒的抗惊厥作用。方法　采用最大电休克实验 (MES)模型、戊四氮最小阈发作惊厥(MET)和士的宁诱发小鼠惊厥模型 ,观察养心安神颗粒的抗惊厥作用。结果　养心安神颗粒 (16 0g/kg)可以对抗MES和MET ,减少小鼠惊厥的个数 ,养心安神颗粒 (8 0及16 0 g/kg )可对抗士的宁诱发的小鼠惊厥 ,延长士的宁诱发惊厥潜伏时间和死亡潜伏时间。结论　养心安神颗粒具有抗惊厥作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the anticonvulsant action of Yangxin’Anshenkeli. Methods Using maximal electroshoke seizure(MES), metrazol threshold seizure (MET)and strychnine-induced convulsion, we observed the anticonvulsant action of Yangxin’Anshenkeli. Results Yangxin’Anshenkeli (16.0 g/kg) antagonized MES and MET in mice and reduced the number of convulsant mice. Yangxin’Anshenkeli (8.0 and 16.0 g/kg) could antagonize strychnine-induced convulsion in mice and prolonged the latent periods of convulsion and death. Conclusion Yangxin’Anshenkeli has an anticonvulsant action.更多还原
