【摘要】 目的　探讨微创小切口去脂重睑术的术式及优缺点。方法　对 5 3例 17～ 38岁要求做重睑术者 10 6侧单睑实施多个小切口去脂术 ,按黄金分割率定点设计 ,术中无创操作保留切口内睑较粗静脉血管网 ,缝合固定成形。结果　 5 3例术后随访 3～ 12月。患者均在 1～ 2周内消肿 ,重睑外形自然、优美、稳定 ,无严重并发症。结论　小切口去脂重睑术操作简便、组织损伤小、术后反应轻 ,重睑线自然优美、持久 ,效果满意 ,更适宜年轻无上睑皮肤松弛者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the strongpoints and disadvantages of micro-cut and small incision degrease double eyelid operation. Methods 53 cases (aged from 17 to 38) with their upper eyelids were performed the blepharoplasty of small incision degreasing. In the operation we used golden section rate to confirm the point and held the subcutaneous veins of upper eyelid and used several tiny incisions. Results All the 53 cases were followed up 3 months to 12 months after the operation.With the postoperative eyelids swell subsided within 1～2 weeks,the double-fold eyelid lines in 106 upper eyelids of 53 cases all turned out to be natural and graceful,without serious complications. Conclusion The postoperative eyelids have a permanent and natural double-fold eyelid line. This kind of blepharoplasty may be one of the best operations.更多还原
