【摘要】 目的　探讨天泉通胶囊的抗炎和镇痛作用。方法　应用小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型观察天泉通胶囊的抗炎作用 ;采用小鼠热水缩尾法、小鼠热板法、小鼠扭体法观察天泉通胶囊的镇痛作用。结果　天泉通胶囊对小鼠耳肿胀、大鼠棉球肉芽肿模型均有抑制作用 ;抑制小鼠扭体反应、可延长小鼠热水缩尾时间和热板舔足反应潜伏期。结论　天泉通胶囊具有一定的抗炎、镇痛作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of tianquantong. Methods The anti-inflammatory effects were studied by dimethylbenzene-induced swelling oar in mouse and tampon-induced proliferation in rats. The analgesic effects were studied by the writhing,tail-immersion and hot plate tests in mice. Results Tianquantong inhibited dimethylbenzene-induced swelling degree of ear in mouse,tianquantong inhibited tampon-induced proliferation in rats. Tianquantong significantly decreased the frequency of writhings,tianquantong also delayed the latent period of hot plate and tail-curl latency. Conclusion Tianquantong has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.更多还原
