残数法计算单室模型药物血管外多剂量给药的吸收和清除动力学参数

【摘要】 目的 建立单室模型药物血管外多剂量给药的吸收和清除药动学的残数法计算方法。方法 将残数法原理用于单室模型药物血管外多剂量给药的药动学参数计算 ,以数学分析和模型药物数据处理进行方法学研究。结果 建立了单室模型药物血管外多剂量给药的药动学参数的残数法 ,其与单剂量的残数法有一定的相关性。结论 残数法适用于评价单室模型药物血管外多剂量给药的药动学参数 ,以评价多剂量给药的吸收和清除特征是否发生变化 ,并据此指导临床用药

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a feathering method for processing the pharmacokinetic parameters of mono-compartment drugs administered by non-parenteral route by repeated doses. Methods The traditional feathering method to the repeated dose plasma data processing was applied. Results The feathering method has been established for processing the pharmacokinetic parameters of the non-parenteral repeated dose administration. There was some correlation-ships between feathering methods for single dose and repeated dose administration. Conclusion The feathering method is suitable for repeated doses nonparanteral administration of mono-compartment drugs as well as single dose administration, so as to evaluate any possible changes of absorption and elimination characteristics after repeated doses administration, and to guide the clinical therapy.
