【摘要】 随着社会主义市场经济的发展和高中教育改革的深入,民办高中愈益成为我们发展高中教育的必然选择。萍乡民办高中教育的大发展表明,公办高中教育发达区的民办高中与薄弱区的民办高中教育一样,具有巨大的存续价值,拥有广阔的发展空间,也能够实现迅速的发展。其主要启示有五:一是各级政府及其职能部门高度重视,努力营造大力发展民办高中教育的氛围;二是实行普通教育、职业教育及成人教育三结合,充分发挥民办高中办学机制灵活的优势;三是规范竞争,严格管理,积极防范民办高中教育的办学风险;四是充分利用政策的调控作用,促进民办高中教育与公办高中的共同、持续和协调发展;五是加强管理制度建设,完善管理体制,确保民办高中教育的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of the socialist market economy and the deepening of the reform of the high school education, the non-government high schools have become the inevitable choice of developing the high school education. The development of the high school education in Pingxiang shows that the non-government high schools in the areas whose government high schools are advanced have the same great existing value and vast developing space as the non-government high schools in the poorly-developed areas. We can draw inspirations from the non-government high school education: (1)the government departments at all levels should attach great importance to the non-government education and create the environment of developing the non-government education; (2)we should combine the common education, occupational education and adult education and make full use of the flexibility of non-government education mechanism; (3)we should normalize the competition and carry out strict management to prevent the schooling risk of the non-government high school education; (4)we should make full use of the adjusting function of the policy to promote the sustainable and harmonious development of the non-government and government high school education; (5)we should strengthen the management of the system building and perfect the management system to guarantee the healthy development of the non-government high school education.更多还原
