长期递增负荷跑台运动和营养补充对大鼠肝脏组织形态和EPO水平的影响

【摘要】 目的 :观察长期递增负荷跑台运动和营养补充对大鼠肝脏组织形态、EPO水平的影响 ,为探讨运动性贫血发生的机理和防治方法提供依据。方法 :雄性Wistar大鼠 30只 ,随机均分为 3组 :对照组、运动组、运动 +营养补充组。运动方式为 11周递增负荷跑台训练 ,营养补剂为铁复合剂。应用组织学光镜、酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)观察 3组大鼠肝脏组织形态、EPO水平。结果 :运动组大鼠肝脏组织肝细胞结构模糊、多数肝细胞表现出浑浊肿胀或一定程度的水样变性 ,而运动+营养组肝脏形态基本正常。运动 +营养组肝脏组织匀浆液EPO活性水平分别高于对照组、运动组。

【Abstract】 Purpose: In order to investigate mechanism, prevention and treatment of sports anemia, effects of long-term treadmill exercise and nutrition supplement on liver histomorphology and EPO levels in rats were analyzed. Methods: 30 male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, exercise group and exercise + nutrition group. Increamental treadmill exercise was performed in rats for weeks, and iron compound was supplied to exercise+nutrition group. Histological structure and EPO levels were investigated by optical microscope and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA),respectively. Results: Abnormity of hepatic lobes, opacity and swelling of hepatocyte or hydropic degeneration with severe vacuoles were found in exercise group, however, iron compound supplement could mitigate these changes. Exercise + nutrition group showed higher EPO levels in liver than both control and exercise groups.
