【摘要】 综观有明一代 ,围绕太湖流域的水利凋敝 ,从治理下游排淤、综合整治塘浦圩田、修筑海塘等几方面入手 ,开始了有声有色的水利过程。在治理过程中 ,由于国家和地方政府的支持和有力组织 ,太湖流域的水利治理取得了一定的成效 ,工程技术方面也取得了进步。但是 ,由于具体工程承担者的主观意图 ,导致某些工程的最后结果不尽如人意 ,未能彻底改变宋代以来的太湖流域水利积弊。也给后世留下了值得思考的空间。更多还原
