一类新型的中红外可调谐激光晶体的研究进展
The Research Development of A New Tunable Mid-IR Laser Crystal
【摘要】 近年来 ,固体激光器取得了重要的进展及许多新的激光晶体材料 ,并且器件水平也不断提高。特别是出现了过渡金属离子掺杂的 - 族半导体材料的中红外激光晶体 ,在这类晶体材料中 ,Cr2 + 掺杂 - 族半导体材料表现出优良的室温荧光性能 ,且具有较宽的调谐范围及较高的量子效率 ,在中红外波段激光晶体的研究领域得到越来越多的关注
【Abstract】 In recent years, many important accomplishments have been achieved in solid state laser. Many new laser crystals materials have been got and significant progress had been taken in the application technique of instruments. Especially, a new mid-infrared laser crystal based on transition metal-doped Ⅱ-Ⅵ crystalline chalcogenide has been developed. In this group of Ⅱ-Ⅵ crystalline chalcogenide, Cr2+-doped Ⅱ-Ⅵ crystalline chalcogenide demonstrated good photoluminescence properties, with larger tunable wavelength and higher quantum yield in Mid-infrared wavelength at room-temperature.Which attracts more and more attention in the field of mid-infrared laser crystal.
