Cu掺杂对Mg-Zn铁氧体性能的影响
Effects of Cu Doping on the Properties of Mg-Zn Ferrites
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)自燃烧法制备了一系列Cu掺杂Mg-Zn铁氧体纳米粉,(Mg0.2CuxZn0.8-x)O(Fe2O3)0.97(x=0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4),并用该纳米粉在1000°C/4h下,烧结成了致密的陶瓷体。该文用XRD和SEM对Cu掺杂的Mg-Zn铁氧体的相结构和显微结构进行了研究。用HP4194A阻抗分析仪研究了烧结样品的磁谱。研究发现,在掺杂一定的Cu有利于促进烧结样品的致密化过程,改善磁性能,并影响样品的显微结构。
【Abstract】 A series of Cu substituted Mg-Zn ferrites nano-powder, (Mg0.2CuxZn0.8-x)O(Fe2O3)0.97(x=0, 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4), were synthesized by Sol-Gel auto-combustion method, and sintered into dense-ceramics under the conditions of 1 000 °C/4 h. In this paper, Cu doped Mg-Zn ferrites were studied from phase formation, microstructure and magnetic patterns by XRD, SEM and impedance analyzer (HP4194A). Within a limited Cu substitution, it is found that Cu doping is in favor of improving dense-process of sinter samples and magnetic properties, and affecting microstructure of samples.
