香菇多糖的化学结构与药理功效

【摘要】 香菇多糖大多为具有分支的以β(1→3)糖苷键连接的吡喃葡聚糖,作为免疫激活剂广泛应用于各种肿瘤的临床治疗中。综述了香菇多糖的化学结构、构效关系及药理功效。

【Abstract】 Most lentinus edodes polysaccharides process the branched pyran glucosan linked by glucoside bond. It was widely used in the clinical treatment of all kinds of tumours as immuno-logical activator. The chemical structure, relationship of structure and effect, and pharmacological effect of lentinus edodes polysaccharide were stated.
