相转移催化合氯乙酸异丙酯的研究
Study on Synthesise of Isopropyl Chlovoacetate under Phase Transfer Catalysis
【摘要】 以季铵盐为相转移催化剂 ,异丙醇与氯乙酸一步反应可合成氯乙酸异丙酯 ,考察了不同类型的催化剂、催化剂用量、醇酸用量比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对合成酯产率的影响 优化的反应条件 :醇酸摩尔比为 1 3∶1 0 ,催化剂用量比为 4 0 % ,反应时间为 30min ,反应温度 2 5~ 35℃ ,酯产率可达 84 1%
【Abstract】 At the condition of phase transfer catalysis,with quaternary ammonicem salt as catalyist, isopropyl chloroacetate as reactants to synthesize isopropyl chloroacetate in one step.Studied with influence factors of different catalysis, amount of catalysis, reaction temperature and times etc..It showed that the optimun reaction conditions was that the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 1.3,the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reaction was 4.0%,and the reaction was 30 minutes,temperature was 25~35℃.Under this condition ,the yield of isopropyl chloroacetate is 84.1%.
