【摘要】 简要介绍了辊压法再造烟叶生产线上配比系统的组成和配比原理。对于引起混合料含水率波动的粉料和液料的落料误差、称量误差以及粉料的含水率波动进行了分析 ,同时给出了落料误差和粉料含水率波动的补偿方法以及系统的软件设置。该系统通过对误差的补偿保证了配比后混合物含水率的稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 The buildup and principle of proportioning system in rolling reconstituted tobacco processing line were (introduced.)The factors causing the fluctuation of mixture moisture content, including the errors of powder and liquid feeding, weighing and the variation of powder moisture content, were analyzed. Meanwhile, the method of compensation for feeding error and fluctuation of powder moisture content, and software setting of the system were given. The stabilization of mixture moisture content after proportioning was ensured by the compensation for error.更多还原
