【Abstract】 Self-assessment and tutor assessment is a progress assessment which are essential learning program in teaching and an important component in course assessment. With the view of the spot-check of the assessment of the distant learners, we think that we should enhance our cognition of self-assessment and tutor assessment. We should have a scientific design and complete them.
