复方维生素B12配合32P敷贴治疗术后疤痕的近期疗效观察
Observations on efficacy of application therapy for postoperative scar with compound vitamini B12 and 32P
【摘要】 目的评价复方维生素B12(维生素B12及硫酸庆大霉素)配合32磷(32P)敷贴治疗术后疤痕的近期疗效。方法以54例传统32P敷贴治疗组为对照,观察58例复方维生素B12联合32P敷贴治疗组的早期疗效及不良反应。结果复方维生素B12联合32P敷贴治疗组与传统32P敷贴治疗组在美容效果及放射损伤严重程度方面比较有显著差异(P <0.05)。结论复方维生素B12配合32P敷贴早期治疗术后疤痕复发率低,辐射损伤程度轻,美容效果好。
【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effective method in treament of scar and reduce the postoperative recurrence. Methods: The efficient and less skin radioreaction were observation and compared between the conjuctive group (54 cases) and the simple group (58cases). Results: Following up for 1 year. There is statistically significant different with regard to their therapeutic results (P <0.05). Conclusion: The conjuctive method has such advantages as high efficient and less skin radioreaction.
