【摘要】 目的介绍鲍温氏病的诊断、鉴别诊断及早期治疗的效果。方法临床结合病理,早期行阴茎鲍温氏病病灶扩大切除、中厚皮片游离移植术,同时行双侧腹股沟淋巴结清扫术。结果6例病例早期行阴茎鲍温氏病病灶扩大切除、中厚皮片游离移植术,术后皮片全部成活,随访2~5年,无转移、无复发。结论早期诊断、早期植皮治疗和腹股沟淋巴结清扫,是诊断、早期植皮治鲍温氏病的最佳方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Introduce Penis Bowan′s disease diagnosis, differential diagnosis and result of early treatment. Methods: Combining pathology and clinical symptom,Penis Bowan′s disease expand resection, moderate thickness skin free grafting were performed early, and bilateral groin lymphadenectomy at the same time. Results: The skin-graft all survive postoperative. Visit 2~5 years, no metastasis or recur. Conclusion: Diagnose early, early skin- grafing treatment and groin lymphadenectomy are optimal procotol of Penis Bowan′s disease.更多还原
