【摘要】 目的探讨用股骨重建髓内钉内固定同侧股骨颈和股骨干骨折(IFNSF)的效果。方法总结广东省肇庆市第一人民医院1999年~2003年收治的IFNSF 15例,均用股骨重建髓内钉内固定。结果所有病例随访6~36个月,平均18个月。骨折全部愈合,其中股骨干骨折在术后6个月内获得愈合,患肢关节功能优良,未发生感染和栓塞、内固定断裂等并发症。结论用股骨重建髓内钉一套装置同时固定IFNSF,手术切口小,创伤小,减少了手术中出血和骨折端的破坏,有利于骨折愈合,固定效果可靠,可早期进行关节功能锻炼,减少并发症的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of fixing ipsilateral femoral neck and shaft fractures (IFNSF) internally with femur reconstruction intramedullary nails. Methods: To summarize the 15 IFNSF cases treated in our hospital from 1999 to 2003, all of them were treated with the internal fixation of the femur reconstruction intramedullary nails. Results: The follow-up time was 6～36 months,18 months on average. All cases revealed bone union, among them, the patients with femoral fractures were cured in 6 months after the operation, the fractured joint functions excellently, no infection or complications, like embolization, rupture of internal fixation, occurred. Conclusions: When a set of femur reconstruction intramedullary nails to fix IFNSF simultaneously is used, the incision and the wound surface are small, the chance of hemorrhage and break of the fracture side during the operation are minimized, the result of the fixation is reliable, therefore, it is propitious to the bone union, the exercise of the joint function can be carried out earlier, and the occurrence of the complication can be reduced.更多还原
