【摘要】 目的了解医院内抗菌药物的使用现状。方法对在院的326例病人进行现况调查。结果326份病例中抗菌药物使用率为78.8%,其中三代头孢菌素占第一位,占44%;静脉用药占98.2%,抗菌药物费用占总药物费用34.6%,病原体阳性率7.1%。结论应加强抗菌药物应用的管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the condition of using antimicrobial agents in hospital. Methods: To investigate 326 inpatients by cross-sectional study. Results: Total of 326 inpatients was surveyed, percentage of antimicrobial agents was 78.8%. The proportion of using third-generation of cephalosporins was 44%. 98.2% of drugs were in vein given. The costs of antimicrobial agents were 34.6% of the total drugs costs. 7.1% patient′s bacteria isolation was positive. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the management of clinical antibiotic usage in inpatients.更多还原
