【摘要】 目的探讨应用三管法治疗十二指肠损伤和预防十二指肠瘘发生的临床价值。方法在17例十二指肠损伤病人手术中应用3条12~18号十二指肠引流管作三管放置于十二指肠及空肠内,外接负压器作为减压及营养之用。结果治愈16例,1例因拒绝手术自动出院,2h后再次返院手术死于感染性休克,治愈率达94.1%,全组无肠瘘发生。结论应用三管法治疗十二指肠损伤起到有效的减压作用,促进十二指肠修补裂口或肠吻合口的愈合,对预防十二指肠瘘具有一定的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore clinical value of three tube on bowels′s decompression in duodenum Injuries and prevention of duodenal fistula. Methods: In 17 cases of duodenum Injuries, three tube (17~18) were used on bowels of duodenum and jejunum, linking outside with negative pressure for decompression and nutrition. Results: 16 cases were healing, one case discharged because of refusing the operation, and died of infectious shock in two days, the healing rate was 94.1%, it had no intestinal fistula in two sets. Conclusions: Three tube on bowels′s decompression in duodenum Injuries can be achieved effectively and this can promote the healing of duodenum intestinal anastomosis. It has clinical significance in prevention of duodenal fistula.更多还原
