【摘要】 目的研究肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)瘤体内注射在浅表性恶性肿瘤治疗中的作用。方法55例浅表性恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组在常规化疗的同时,瘤体内注射TNF-α100～200万u/次,每周1次,连续注射4次为一疗程。对照组应用常规化疗和支持治疗。结果30例表浅肿瘤患者(43个瘤体)注射2个疗程后,CR14例(32.56%),PR24例(55.81%),总有效率88.37%。对照组22例患者(39个瘤体),经常规化疗2个疗程后,CR3例(7.67%),PR9例(23.08%),总有效率(30.77%)显著低于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论瘤体内注射TNF-α可以增加局部的药物浓度,显著地提高肿瘤的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of shallow tumor treated with injected TNF-α in tumor bodies. Methods: 55 patients of shallow tumor were treated by chemotherapy, and treated by TNF-α in tumor bodies at the same time. TNF-α was injected in tumor bodies at a dose of 1, 2 MU one time weekly, continuous injected four times for two periods. 22 patients were treated by the routine chemotherapy and supported treatment for control. Results: Complete responses and partial responses rate of 43 tumor bodies treated by injecting TNF-α in tumor bodies after one period was 14 cases (32.56%) and 24 cases (55.81%) separately total effective rate 88.37%. Complete responses and partial responses rate of 39 tumor bodies of control group was 3 cases (7.67%) and 9 cases (23.08%), total effective rate 30.77%. Response rate of contrast group was lower than that of TNF-α group (P <0.05). Conclusion: This method can increase the drugs concentration in tumors bodies and enhance the effect of anti-tumors.更多还原
