【Abstract】 The construction management is a new major of Chinese higher education. It’s cultivation measure is being developed and executed now. Based on requiring of applying-orient talents in our construction trades, the thesis raises the idea of setting double tutors for students in construction management subject, and treats of the meaning, executing time, content, role and basement of double tutors.
