【摘要】 [目的 ]研究胰激肽原酶对糖尿病性肾病患者的尿蛋白定量、血清胆固醇及甘油三酯值的影响 .[方法 ]采用Mogensen分期法 ,将患者分为早期肾病变组、糖尿病性肾病组及糖尿病性肾病综合征组 ,给予胰激肽原酶肌肉注射 8周 ,观察治疗前后尿蛋白定量、血清胆固醇及甘油三酯值的变化情况 .[结果 ]经过 8周胰激肽原酶治疗后 ,各组患者的尿蛋白定量值均减少 ,且血清胆固醇及甘油三酯值也明显降低 .早斯肾病变组患者的尿蛋白定量值减少的幅度最明显 .[结论 ]胰激肽原酶可降低糖尿病性肾病患者的尿蛋白定量、血清胆固醇及甘油三酯值更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE?To study the effects of pancrea ti c kininogenase on the level of urine protein, cholesterol and triglycer ide in the patients with diabetic nephropathy.?METHODS?Accordi ng to Mogenson, the patients were divided into three groups and injected with pa ncreatic kininogenase for 8 weeks, and the change of content of ours urine prote in, cholesterol and triglyceride between treatment and non-treatment group.? RESULTS?The content of urine protein, cholesterol and trigly ceri de was significantly decreased in each group, especially in early nephropathy gr oup.?CONCLUSION?The pancreatic kininogenase could significantl y decrease the content of urine protein, cholesterol and triglyceride.更多还原
