【摘要】 [目的 ]了解运动员在不同负荷状态时的心电图变化情况 .[方法 ]用日本产RM 6 2 0 0型四道生理仪检测运动员不同负荷状态时的动态心电图 .[结果 ]不同负荷状态时心脏的电变化不随运动强度的改变而改变 ;随着心率的增快 ,在V1和V5导联上Q T间期和T P间期均变小 ,并与心率呈负相关 ;运动时 ,右心室的室壁激动时间比正常值大 .[结论 ]在不同负荷状态时运动员心电图各波的电压和时长均在正常范围 ,Q T间期、T P间期和室壁激动时间有变化 .更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE?To realize the changes of dynam ic cardiogram at different burthen of the athlete.?METHODS?The c hanges of dynamic cardiogram at different burthen of the athlete were examined b y using the RM?200 type of 4 path physiological recording instrument made in T he Likonkohden Company of Japan.? RESULTS?The electric ch anges of heart was not changed along with different sport intensity; but along with th e increase of cardiotach ometer, Q interphase and T interphase at the leads of V 1 and V 5 was diminished, QTC and the clearance of dynamic cardiogram diminis h, and display contrary relationship with the cardiotach ometer; The VAT of righ t ventricle was increscent.?CONCLUSION?Pressure and time were all normal range at different burthen; QTC, clearance of dynamic cardiogram and VAT had been changed.更多还原
