【摘要】 [目的 ]探讨党参提取物对肝脏的保护作用 .[方法 ]腹腔注射CCl4豆油溶液致小鼠肝脏损伤 ,以血清GOT和GPT值为指标 ,观察党参的提取物对小鼠肝脏的保护作用 .[结果 ]党参无水乙醇提取物组小鼠GOT及GPT值明显低于其他各组 .[结论 ]党参无水乙醇提取物具有良好的保护肝脏作用更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE?To study the effects of extract ion of the Padix Codonopsis Pilosulae on hepatic injury.? METHODS?The acute hepatic injury induced by CCl 4, and GOT and GPT in serum of mice were determined to study the effects of extractionos of t he Padix Codonopsis Pilosulae.?RESULTS?GOT and GPT in serum o f absolute alcohol extractions group was lower than that of other groups.? CONCLUSION?The extraction of Padix Codonopsis Pilosulae could o bviously increase protective effect against liver injury.更多还原
