【摘要】 [目的 ]研究桦褐孔菌多糖的肿瘤抑制作用 .[方法 ]将桦褐孔菌多糖以每日 5 0 ,10 0mg/kg的剂量灌胃给小鼠 ,观察对小鼠S180 肉瘤的抑制作用 ,测量小鼠免疫器官的质量 ,再用比色法测定血清一氧化氮合酶、一氧化氮含量及唾液酸浓度 .[结果 ]桦褐孔菌多糖对小鼠S180 肉瘤的生长有明显的抑制作用 ,其大、小剂量组的抑制肿瘤率分别为 5 6 31%和 4 4 34% ,且能降低血清一氧化氮合酶、一氧化氮含量及唾液酸浓度 .[结论 ]桦褐孔菌多糖对小鼠S180 肉瘤的生长具有抑制作用 .更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE?To study the antitumor activiti es on the Fuscoporia obiqu polysaccharide.? METHODS ?The inhibitory effects were observed with the Fuscoporia obique p olysaccharide though the orally at 50,100?mg/kg in mice, and the weight of the immunity organ was measured. It was tested by colorimetry that the activity of the nitrcoxide(NO),sialicacid(SA) and nitrcoxide synthase(NOS).?RE SUL TS?The Fuscoporia obique polysaccharide has obviously inhibitory ef fects on S-180 in mice. The inhibition rate were 56.31%, 44.34% in the groups of big and little dosage, respectively and could decrease the activity of NOS a nd content of NO and SA.?CONCLUSION?The Fuscoporia obique polysaccharide has effects on S-180 in mice.更多还原
