【Abstract】 To build the party for the public and be in office for the people .It has subtly delineated the Three Represents,which emphasize that the communist party should represent the foundamental interests of the majority of the people. The government is led by the Communist Party of China (CPC) and owns the public power,which comes from people,so the public management should represent and maintain people’s interests.The inexorable demand of significant ideology of the Three Represents is to establish a country under the rule of law and carry forwards the administration within law .更多还原
