基于磁致伸缩效应的管道纵向超声导波检测传感器
Magnetostrictive-based Longitudinal Guided Wave Transducer for Non-destructive Evaluation of Pipes
【摘要】 研制了一种用于工业管道和海洋平台结构检测的纵向超声导波传感器,分析了纵向超声导波传感器的工作原理———磁致伸缩效应及逆效应,讨论了传感器结构设计及结构参数的选择方法。该传感器具有灵敏度和检测效率高、非接触检测和结构简单等主要特点,可广泛应用于各种工业管道、海洋平台结构、杆件、钢丝绳等构件的裂纹、腐蚀或者断丝等缺陷的检测。
【Abstract】 A novel ultrasonic transducer based on magnetostrictive effect was developed to detect and locate defects on industrial pipes and offshore platforms.The transducer was designed for the generation and detection of longitudinal guided waves electromagnetically in the material under testing.The transducer has characteristics of good sensitivity,global and long range inspection,no coupled required,capable of operating with a substantial gap to the material surface and simple structure.
